Wanda Phillips Smith, age 58, died July 3, 2016 in route to Iredell Memorial Hospital. She was born in Forsyth County, and was a truck driver. She is survived by two sons, Terry (Tabitha) Temples and Christopher Phillips of Mocksville; two brothers, Danny Phillips and Luther Phillips; five grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
