Virginia Louise Evans, 46, died on Dec. 20, 2017 following a period of declining health. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, daughter of the late Mickey Kelly and Anita Evans. She was an employee of Cedar Rock Assisted Living. Survivors include her mother, Charlene Kelly of Florida; two sons, Reginal Carey Jr. and Romell Carey, both of Mocksville; two daughters, Shakiylah Evans of Harmony and Talayia Carey of Mocksville; two brothers, Michael Kelly and Cameron Martinez; five sisters, Celena Kelly, Cherie Johnson, Lisa Evans, Michelle Debardeleben and Courtney Bailey; four grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
