Timothy "Tim" Charles Trudgeon, 78, of Mocksville, died Sunday, May 10, 2026, at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center Palliative Care Unit in Winston-Salem..

He was born on November 23, 1947, in Little Falls, NY, to the late James Willis and Sherrill Gertrude Simonds Trudgeon. Tim was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a master carver and taught many others his craft.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Mike Trudgeon.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Gale Detamore Trudgeon; daughters, Heather Turpin (Chip), and Jennifer Cox (Scott); siblings, Jennifer Bone, Scott Trudgeon, Lori Wright, and Sally Trudgeon; grandchildren, Lyvia, Cosmo, and Cody; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 20, at Smith Grove Church.  This date held special significance, as it would have been their 56th wedding anniversary.
