Stamey Lee Gaither, 55, was born in Iredell County, March 17, 1957, son of the late Ernest and Novella Turner Gaither. He graduated from North Iredell High School and he worked at Windcup in Mooresville, and was last employed at Tyson Company in Harmony. He loved the outdoors. On Jan. 9, 2013 he died at Wake Forest Univeristy Baptist Medical Center following a short illness.
