Mr. "Shoestring" Marshall Richard Suddreth, 55, of Advance, died Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at Bermuda Commons.

He was born June 30, 1967, in Davie County, to the late Marshall Edward and Nell Rae Murphy Suddreth. Shoestring enjoyed groundskeeping and farming at the Cooleemee Plantation.

He is survived by many dear friends.
