Sandra Lee Fulk Leonard Ward, 78, of Lewisville, died Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center, in Winston-Salem.

She was born July 29, 1946, in Forsyth County, to the late Ray Thomas and Norma Lee White Fulk.

Sandra loved painting, she was a volunteer for many years at Forsyth Medical Center. She was a public servant for many years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Dannis Fulk

Survivors include daughters, Paige Baranyai (Steve) of Auburn Hills, MI, and Kimberly Tippett (Wayne) of Raleigh; grandsons, Brendan Baranyai (Hannah Wolford) and Matthew Tippett; a sister, Janice Huggins.

A time of gathering will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m., Saturday, May 3, at Pine Grove United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.
