Robert Raymond Kuhn, 95, of Mocksville, died Monday, March 27, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loved ones.

He was born May 30, 1927, in Rochester, NY, to the late Cletus and Ruth Kuhn, also of Rochester, NY. Robert was a World War II Navy veteran where he served on the FDR Aircraft Carrier. He later joined the Haloid Company, which became Xerox, where he worked for 38 years. Robert and his wife enjoyed antique collecting and trading and had owned and operated an antique shop at their Williamson, NY home. After retiring from Xerox, Robert and his wife retired to Bayshore Village, North Ft. Myers, Florida, where they lived for 32 years. He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Ft. Myers, then Rooted Altar Ministries in Mocksville. Robert was also an avid shuffle board player, and was inducted in the Florida Shuffle Board Senior Hall of Fame.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Audrey Pehta Kuhn.

Mr. Kuhn is survived by his three children, Karin Scherberger (Bryan) of Greece, NY, Robert Kuhn, Jr. (Vicki) of Mocksville and Thomas Kuhn of Wolcott, NY; six grandchildren, Wiley Kuhn, Nash Kuhn, Malissa Clark (Todd), Timothy Kuhn (Nicole), Jeffery Kuhn (Christine), Cody Kuhn; and 14 great-grandchildren.
