Robert Buchanan Dwiggins, Jr., 71, of Mocksville, died Friday, August 15, 2025, at home.

He was born May 29, 1954, in Rowan County, to the late Robert Buchanan Dwiggins, Sr. and Betty Sue Eaton Dwiggins. Mr. Dwiggins was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Renee Marie Blackwell Dwiggins; children, Robert Ashley Dwiggins and Andrea Dwiggins Hanrahan (Zach); siblings, David Dwiggins (Teresa) and Sandy Frederick (Charles); grandchildren, Allyssa Anne-Marie, Robert Kade Dwiggins, Baydon Stanley, Easton Stanley, and Delaney Hanrahan; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m., Tuesday, August 19, at Rose Cemetery, with Pastor Thomas Dalton officiating. The family invites friends to visit with them from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, August 18, at Lambert Funeral Home.
