Phyllis Ann Reeves Williams, 73, of Mocksville, left this world unexpectedly Wednesday, October 7, 2026.

She was born on December 26, 1952, in Davie County, to Davie County natives, the late William Howard and Mandy Lizzie Beck Reeves. Phyllis loved her community and being part of it, not just as an address. She wanted to help anyone in need and absolutely needed no praise for it. Her idea of being a good neighbor meant caring for others and lending a helping hand whenever needed. Phyllis was a member of New Union Church, and had served on various committees.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Ritz Ann Reeves.

Survivors include her children, Amanda Jane Jordan (Wesley) and Brian Jeffrey Williams (Ashlee); grandchildren, Ella Jane Jordan, Helen Elizabeth Williams, and Jackson Norris Williams; and brothers, William Howard Reeves, Jr. (Brenda), and Edward Eugene Reeves (Cindy).

The family invites friends to visit with them from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, October 16, at New Union Church.
