She was born October 21, 1939, in Uniontown, PA, to the late William Ivan and Oma Balsley Bush.
Survivors include her husband, Earl Jefferson Hammer, Jr.; daughter, Traci Bush; and brother, Larry Bush; two grandsons; two great-grandsons; a niece; and two nephews.
No services are scheduled.
