Mr. Michael Todd Kluttz, 56, of Salisbury, died Sunday, April 12, 2020. He was born October 7, 1963, in Rowan County. Mr. Kluttz enjoyed working on bicycles for the neighborhood children and giving them to children who otherwise didnt have one. He had a special love for his maternal grandmother, who raised him and he thought of as a mother, Nellie Grace Lloyd Rabon. Survivors include his mother, Judie Rabon Head; children, Amanda James (Seth) and Rocky Kluttz; siblings, Jody Lee, Dana Recktenwald, Dean Head, Terri martin, Sherrie Cozart and Tommy McDaniel; and two granddaughters, Addison and Ansley James.
