Mr. Michael Kevin Henderson, 60, of Mocksville, died Saturday, March 6, 2021, at his home. He was born February 25, 1961, in Corona, California, to Aubrey Jack Henderson and the late Shirley Ann Savant Henderson. Kevin had served in the U.S. Army as a combat engineer. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved rock hunting, and road trips. Survivors include his father of Surprise, AZ; his wife, Laurie Ann Alves Henderson; a son, Morgan Jack Henderson of Alpine, CA; a grandson, Jasper Finn Henderson. A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m., Thursday, March 11, at Society Baptist Church, with Rev. Gene Tutterow officiating. At the request of the family, please be mindful of social distancing and wear face covering.
