Mrs. Holman departed this life and moved on to her heavenly reward on December 14, 2016. She was born December 11, 1925 to Fisher and Alice F. Doulin. She worked for many years at Davie High School and as a domestic in many private homes. She was married to Walter Holman. Mary was a faithful member of Shiloh Baptist Church and in later years at Greater Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her brothers, John Charles and Walter Manuel (Bubba) Doulin. Mary is survived by her daughters, Alice D. (Clarence) Vereen, and Donna H.(Sanford) Jones; grandchildren Raeshika K. Jones, Sanford B. Jones, andWalter T. (Angie) Jones; a beautiful great-granddaughter Zayleighana(Zaya) Aphradite Jones; and a sister - in law, Mrs. Lillian Doulin. Special friends she cherished were Mrs. Rebecca C. Isaac, Mrs. Bessie 'Sweetie'Newsome, Miss Annie Laura Dulin, Mrs. Magalene Gaither, and Mr. Charlie R. Rivers.
