Mrs. Margaret Louise Holland Peck, 81, of Statesville, died Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at Autumn Care of Statesville.

She was born October 18, 1940, in Iredell County, to the late Allen and Dora Mae Alexander Holland.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Peck; daughter, Barbara Jean Holland; son, Steven Bernard Holland; grandson, Jamel O'Brien Holland; three sisters; and three brothers.

Survivors include a son, Ernest William Holland; grandchildren she raised, Marquisha Denise Holland and Alvin Lee Holland, and several other grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sister, Darlene Rivers; brothers, Stamey Holland, Larry Holland, Otis Holland, and Sammy Holland; and special niece, Cassandra Moody, and several other nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m., Friday, October 14, at Lambert Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Robert Ramseur officiating. The service will be available to view on the funeral home website. Inurnment will take place at a later date in Belmont Cemetery in Statesville.
