Margaret Alicia Ahern Myers, 102, of Mocksville, died Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at her home. She was born February 25, 1919, in New Haven, CT, to Steven and Margaret Ellen Killoy Ahern. Mrs. Myers had worked for the American Lung Association. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Courtney Myers, Sr. on October 2, 2007; three sisters; and three brothers. Survivors include her children, Margaret Lee Myers of Mystic, CT, Virginia Courtney Myers of Statesville, William Courtney Myers, Jr. of Austin, TX, and Robert Bruce Myers of Mocksville; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. No services have been scheduled.
