Linda E. Johnson, 77, was born on March 21, 1940 in Cresson, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Clarence W. and Margaret Risbon Eckenrode. She grew up in Pennsylvania, and came to North Carolina in 1972. Linda loved to do arts and crafts, and held Bible studies in her home. She also attended Davie County Senior Center. On Sunday, Nov. 26, 2017, she died in Forsyth Medical Center following an extended illness. She is survived by four daughters, Debbie Buchanan, Charlene Schweri, Lisa Flinchum, and Pamela Boychuk; one sister, Dorothy Stevens; one brother, David Eckenrode; eleven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held 4:00 PM- 7:00 PM on Saturday, December 2nd, at Linda's residence, 107 Morning Glory Circle, Apt. 103, Mocksville.
