Leean Sheets Wilson, 65, of Mocksville, died Friday, May 2, 2025, at her home.

She was born September 19, 1959, in Forsyth County, to the late James Richard and Georgia Ann Coleman Sheets.

Leean loved her family and her grandkids; she loved flowers and red birds.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Byrd; and a grandson, Destry Wilson.

Survivors include her husband, Danny Wilson; children, Vicki Cathcart (Bernard), John Wilson, and Curt Wilson (Amanda); a sister, Tina Freeman (Shane); grandchildren, Ember, Ellie, Malachi, Paisley, and Piper; and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at 7 p.m., Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at First Baptist Church of Cooleemee, with Pastor Byron Allison officiating. The family invites friends to visit with them from 5 to 6:30 p.m., at the church.
