Mr. Kenneth Ray Henderson, 74, of Mocksville, died Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at his home.

He was born April 23, 1949, in Forsyth County. Ken was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during the Vietnam War. He had been employed by YVEDDI.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Berdie Juanita Henderson; and a brother-in-law, Eddie Lewis.

Survivors include his wife, Cathy Henderson; son, Chris Henderson; stepsons, Mitchell Blake and James Blake; sister, JoAnn Lewis; four stepgrandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews and extended family members.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Friday, August 25, at Westlawn Gardens of Memory in Clemmons with Brother David Lewis officiating. The family invites friends to visit with them from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, August 24, at Lambert Funeral Home.
