Mr. Justin Bruce Gholson, 37, of Mocksville, died Saturday, January 9, 2023, at his home.

He was born September 22, 1985, in Gaston County, to Bruce Ivin and Amy Parker Gholson. Justin was a member of Blaise Baptist Church. He loved riding motorcycles.

Justin was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bill Gholson; great-grandmother, Ruby Stillwell; and uncles, Doug, Steven, and Brian Gholson.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Lexus Rae, Eliah Bruce, and Chevy Taylor; his grandmother, Gloria Gholson; siblings, Brandy Koontz Orsillo (John), and John Michael Koontz (Kristina); an aunt, Ann Gholson; an uncle, Keith Gholson (Dianne); cousins, Doug Gholson, Jr., Mandy Gholson Taurus (Alex), Cole Gholson (Shannon), Kent Gholson, and Krista Gholson Hunt (Cody); and mother of his children, Heather Nicole.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 15, at Blaise Baptist Church with Rev. Ken Furches officiating.

The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
