Jo Ann Hermance Mandigo, 80, of Mocksville, died Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at her home.

She was born February 17, 1945, in Glens Falls, NY, to the late Frank and Alice Gatchell Hermance.

Jo Ann served the community as a dedicated social worker for Warren County, New York, before retiring.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roland "Skip" Mandigo; and a great-grandchild.

Survivors include children, Vicky Zickmund (Gary), Robert Mandigo, Holly Mandigo-Aly (Moustafa), and Randall Mandigo; grandchildren, Tyler Zickmund, Mykayla Howk (Nick), Austin Mandigo (Koleen), Dylan Mandigo, Bryton Mandigo, Eastyn Mandigo, and Cayden Mandigo; and two great-grandchildren.

A service will be held at a later date.
