Jennifer Ruth Bentley, 46, of Mocksville, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at her home.

Jennifer was born September 8, 1978, in Davidson County, to Bonnie Sue Smith Bentley and the late Keith Edward Bentley. She was a dedicated Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse at Brenner Children's Hospital, where her kindness, compassion, and expertise made a profound difference in the lives of many children and families.

Jennifer is survived by her mom, Bonnie Bentley of Mocksville; her children, Jaidyn Makayla Bentley (Caleb Johnson) of Mooresville, Jayce Isaiah Bentley of the home, and Jordyn Penelope McLaurin of the home; a sister, Katie Bentley of Yadkinville; a granddaughter, Kennadi Emersyn Johnson; and two nieces, Shanleigh and Shaylyn.

A private service was held in celebration of her life.
