Mr. Izaak Gage Woerz, 23, of Mocksville, died Friday, August 2, 2024, at his home.

He was born January 12, 2001, in San Bernardino County, CA. Izaak loved fishing, playing pool, video games, and spending time with family and friends.

Waiting on him in heaven, are his grandparents, Becky Ruiz, Russ Sanford, Randy D. Woerz, Anthony Ruiz, and William Q. Smith.

Survivors include his mother, Virginia Natalie Smith; his father, Randy Lee Woerz; grandma, Heather A. Smith; siblings, Breeze Parker (Donnie), Tristan Ver Pooten, Jacob Woerz, Joshua Sweet, Jr., and Elijah Sweet; stepsister, Corrina Jones; aunts and uncles, Eric Woerz "Uncle Red", Randi Woerz "Aunt Shorty", Uncle David & Auntie Christina Smith, and Aunt Heather E. Smith; godmother, Michelle Yeats Lively; nephews, Myles and Jax Parker; cousins, Juliana Smith, David W. Smith, Jr., and Dasia and Rylee Smith; lifelong best friends, Joseph Gadson, and Reese Brigman.
