Mr. Isaac Williams, Sr., 82, of Hamptonville, died Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at SECU Hospice Care Center, in Yadkinville.

He was born February 23, 1942, in Lamar, SC, to the late Clarence and Blanch McMikel Williams.

Mr. Williams had worked for Ford Motors. He was affectionately known to family and friends as "Perk." Mr. Williams was a great cook, and loved cooking for the family, especially the grandkids. Even though he was born in SC, Mr. Williams spent most of his adult life living in NY. He would often travel by bus to visit family, and he thoroughly enjoyed those trips.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Eva Wilson, Anna Bell Brown, Betty McCullough, Martha Mitchell, and Kate McCullough; and a son, Isaac Williams, Jr.

He is survived by a daughter, Patricia Williams (Michael Jackson); father figure to, Jamel Handy; sisters, Katherine McCullough, Doris Wooten, and Elizabeth Williams; daughter-in-law, Cornelia Williams; grandchildren, Rodney Howell, Ericka Williams, Ebony Fuentes, Joshua Williams, and Jocelyn Williams; many great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and dear friends.

The family invites family and friends to visit with them from 2 to 4 p.m., Saturday, November 9, at Lambert Funeral Chapel, in Mocksville. Inurnent will follow in SC, at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be considered for SECU Hospice Care Center, 243 N. Lee St., Yadkinville, NC 27055.
