WALLACE
MOCKSVILLE – Harry Lee Wallace, Jr., 71, died Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.
He was born April 28, 1951, in Savannah, GA, to the late Harry Lee Wallace, Sr. and Helen Margaret Snead Woo. Harry was a member of Cornerstone Christian Church. He retired from Lowe's Home Improvement and later went to work at Mocksville Builders Supply, as their store manager.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Mac Woo; and a sister, Margaret Carpenter.
Survivors include his wife, Jannie Wagg Wallace; daughters, Jamie Hewitt (Bryan Love) of Branson, MO, Natalie Wallace (Anthony Cope) of Cooleemee, and Ashley Wallace (Steve Clapper) of Minerva, OH; siblings, Cynthia Woo-Nichols (Jay) of Lake Junaluska, and Richard Woo (Pam) of Savannah, GA; special sister-in-law, Jackie Wagg; and grandchildren, Jeremy, Jack, Alec, Autumn, Madelyn, Ava Grace, and Cassius.
A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m., Saturday, July 2, at Cornerstone Christian Church, with Pastor Kevin Frack officiating. The service will be available to view on the Lambert Funeral Home website. The family will receive friends at the church immediately following the service.
