Edith Anne Grose Potts, 60, of Winston-Salem, formerly of Mocksville, died Thursday, September 9, 2021, at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center. She was born November 25, 1960, in Davie County, to the late Marshall Henry "M. H." and Peggy Anne Rhoades Grose. Mrs. Potts enjoyed golfing, fishing, and raising and showing champion Scottish Terriers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard "Ricky" Steven Potts; and a brother, John Groce. Survivors include a son, Daniel Steven Potts (Rachel White) of Advance; grandsons, Noah S. Potts and Macon A. Potts; siblings, Marsha Grose Alspaugh (Mark), and Michael "Mike" Groce, all of Kingwood, TX; niece and nephew, Peggy Alspaugh Showers (Brandon) and Dr. Eric Alspaugh (Lindsey); and great-nieces and nephews, Ellie Alspaugh, Marshal Alspaugh, Amelia Showers, Lola Alspaugh, and Wesley Showers.
