Clara Wyatt Boyter, 90, of Mocksville, died Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at her home.

She was born April 8, 1935, in Wilkes County, to the late Oliver Mack and Susan Jane Perry Wyatt.

Clara was retired from Hanes Manufacturing, and later worked side by side with her husband assisting him in their company, Boyters Lock & Key of Mocksville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Bill "J.B." Boyter; and 11 siblings.

Survivors include her four children, Ricky Boyter (Peggy), Deborah Goforth (John), Donna Phillips (Justin), and Jenny Noah (Joe); seven grandchildren, John Boyter (Josie), Lynn Shear (Randy), Meagan Boyter, Heather Burrow (Carl), Ashley Abbass (Tyler), Joshua Noah (Chelsea) and Jessi Noah; and great-grandchildren, Olivia, Shep, Ruthie, and Pearl.

A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
