Staff Sergeant Billie Carr Lookabill, USAF, Retired, 86, of Mocksville, died Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem. SSgt. Lookabill retired from the U.S. Air Force with 21 years of service. A memorial service will be conducted at 10 a.m., Thursday, March 25, at Salisbury National Cemetery, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, with military graveside rites.
