Barbara Anne Moorefield Graves, 89, of Mocksville, peacefully passed away Saturday, October 25, 2025, at her home.

She was born November 3, 1935, in Iredell County, to the late Robert Hunter and Mary Ethel Tulbert Moorefield.

Barbara was a member of First Baptist Church, Cooleemee.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Rachel Mabe, Harold Moorefield, and Jerry Moorefield.

Survivors include her husband, Ralph Feezor Graves, Jr. of the home; a son, Jeff Graves (Melissa); two daughters, Marsha Graves, and Elizabeth Thies (Robbie); two grandchildren, Chris Graves, and Megan Graves; and two brothers, Ralph Moorefield, and John Moorefield.

A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m., Wednesday, October 29, at First Baptist Church, Cooleemee, with Rev. Allen Mullins officiating. The family invites friends to visit with them at the church immediately following the service.
