Ashley Lynn Bale, 36, of Mocksville, cherished daughter, wife, mother, and friend, passed away peacefully Sunday, April 20, 2025, at her home.
She was born on March 29, 1989, in Silver Spring, MD. Ashley was known for her kind heart, infectious laughter, and outgoing spirit. She loved her husband and family with all her heart.
Ashley was a full-time mom and caregiver for her recently departed grandmother, Dorothy Mason. Ashley found her joy for her love for animals, being a wife and mother, viewing documentaries, doing art and crafts, and watching "I Love Lucy" episodes. She enjoyed good food, cooking pagguchi with her mother, and spending time with her family. Ashley also liked hanging out with her girlfriends doing arts and crafts, and just being silly. She was a loving daughter to her mother, Alanna Wilson, and stepfather, David Wilson.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Walter and Dorothy Mason, Evan and Virginia Bale, Jim Knaus, and Kay Wilson; an aunt, Elise Mason; and an uncle, Walter Mason, III.
Survivors include her husband, Jordan Marcial; a son, Joseph Marcial; mother, Alanna Wilson (David); father, James Bale; brothers in arms, Austin Smith, and Kamen Hawotte; mother-in-law, Angela Scarbro; brother-in-law, Curtis Mitchem; sister-in-law, Samantha Mitchem; aunts, Amanda Sullivan, Alicia Garrett, Anita Corrigan, Carol Wilson, Kim Wright, Donna Bale, Janet Bale, and Karen Longmore; cousins that were like her aunts, Lisa Haverilla, Rita Jennings, and Annette Caldwell; uncles, Steve Bale, Douglas Bale, Ricky Wilson, Kelly Wilson, and Tim Wright; and she has many cousins in PA, MT,OH, NC,MD, CA, and IN.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m., Saturday, May 3, at Lambert Funeral Chapel. The family invites friends to visit with them at the funeral home following the service. The service will also be available to view on the funeral home website for those unable to attend.
