Arthur Edward Frogge, 69, of Mocksville, died Monday, August 3, 2026, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.

He was born on March 17, 1957, in Forsyth County, to the late Robert Edward and Helen Marie Cochran Frogge.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 39 years, Betty Sue Nickels Frogge; and a sister, Gail.

Survivors include children, Buddy Lee Frogge (Brittany), Michael Edward Frogge (Jackie), Amanda Virginia Marie Frogge, Christy Ann Frogge, and Jenny Lynn Frogge; siblings, Danny, Jerry, Jackie, Ellen, Debbie, and Frances; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a lifelong friend, Penny Wood.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m., Monday, August 10, at Lambert Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Joshua L. Gupton officiating. Interment will follow in Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery. The family invites friends to visit with them at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
